Instalación

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

  1. Just search for Fluent Support in WordPress Plugins and click install and activate.

OR

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/fluent-crm directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the \’Plugins\’ screen in WordPress
  3. Use the Fluent Support -> Settings screen to configure the plugin

Are there any limitations about how many support tickets I can manage?

No, there are no limitations. You can manage as many support tickets or customers or support staff as you want.

Is it 100% self-hosted?

Yes, Fluent Support is 100% self-hosted. Fluent Support will not connect with any of our SAAS servers. You own the data, and your data should be hosted on your hosting server.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes, your data never goes to a different server like HelpScout, ZenDesk or Freshdesk. All the data will be saved and managed into WordPress.

Will it is a performance issue for WordPress?

Absolutely not! From the very first, We were careful about this. It stores all the related data in custom database tables, so it will not affect your WordPress database. We built the application with VueJS, and it’s only run when you go to the admin dashboard of Fluent Support. Also, The Admin UI is super-fast as It’s a SPA and communicates over ajax.

The plugin is very useful. Rich in features. The solutions are creative, the customer service is very fast. I wanted to give it 10 stars, but it can only be five.

I have never used a support portal. However, I found installing and setting up Fluent Support very simple, and was able to get started straight away. When I had a query, I reached out to WPManage Ninja and they were quick to respond. This a a great team that has also produced Fluent Forms, FluentCRM and Social Ninja.

I tried a few support scripts, but really didn't like them. Also tried some WP support plugins, but again, didn't care for them. I found Fluent Support and gave it a try. I had a few initial problems, but support helped sort them out. Turns out to have been my wordpress install and not the plugin causing the problem. Re-installed WP and Fluent Support and all is now working great. I even purchased the Pro version. So far I am happy. All in all a good experience with support and ease of use of the plugin.
