Either by downloading it directly from the WordPress plugin directory and then uploading it into  /wp- content/plugins directory of your WordPress installation using either FTP or your hosting account file manager. Or by installing it automatically from the plugins section inside the admin dashboard. You can enable and access it by going to Appearance > Widgets.
