This plugin connects to the Simple Fatoora API to validate your API key and to create invoices and credit notes for WooCommerce orders. This connection is required for the plugin to function.

• What is the service and what is it used for:

  • Simple Fatoora provides an API used to generate ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices and QR codes.

• What data is sent and when:

  • When you save settings: your API key is sent to validate it (to ensure it is active and belongs to your account).
  • When an invoice or credit note is generated: order details necessary for invoice issuance are sent. Depending on your WooCommerce setup, this can include order ID/reference, order line items and quantities, unit prices, discounts, taxes, shipping totals, store information (such as seller name and VAT number), and customer billing/shipping details as required by invoicing regulations. The exact fields depend on the products and tax configuration in your store.
