WordPress countdown plugin ‘Wow Countdowns’ helps to create limited-time and limited-amount countdowns. Increase conversion by limiting your offer with an amount or time-based countdown. You can have the timers start over on page refresh or you can enable session tracking and the timer will not refresh.

- Enter your own titles for ‘Days’, ‘Hours’, ‘Minutes’, ‘Seconds’. You can insert words in an other language, for example.
- Choose the delimiter type ( 00:00 , 00.00 , 00-00 , 00/00 , 00|00 )
- Choose the increment interval for the amount-based countdowns. For example, set it to tick every 3 seconds, 1 second or a fraction of a second. It’s up to you.
- Specify the increment amount for the amount-based countdowns. Have it tick one by one, or tens by tens, for example.
- Count up or down (for the amount-based countdowns)
- Specify a starting amount and an ending amount (for the amount-based countdowns)
- Style countdowns with regular wordpress editor or via CSS. Just style the container in which you paste the shortcode.
- Select the amount of days to reset the countdowns for a certain user. If you use session tracking, you can set when the countdowns will start over.

Add newto create your first countdown - Setup your countdown
- Click Save
- Copy and paste the shortcode, such as [Wow-Countdowns id=1] to where you want the countdown to appear.
- If you want it to appear everywhere on your site, you can insert it for example in your
header.php, like this:<?php echo do_shortcode('[Wow-Countdowns id=1]');?> - If you want to insert the shortcode into a widget, use this plugin

The free version is very limited and stopped working after I tried to make the font size larger. Too bad, because I wanted to purchase the pro version but, alas, I will find another option.

It has great additional and a lot of customization I didn't find with other counters. I purchased the pro version and was fully pleased with the value and functionality

Its a countdown timer, very,very basic. It works but it looks unprofessional so wont use it. [redacted]
