Additionally, newline characters cannot be used when creating a topic or reply, which means everything appears on a single line. I reported these things weeks ago on their support forum and got no response. These are essential features. But in my case (a website where the forum is supposed to be a side-asset to my whole website) the simple thing was just perfect. I wasted a lot of time to understand other complicated forum plugins which would have overwhelmed the user as it should just be a way to communicate user’s ideas regarding the website’s goal.
