Upload the entire `devvn-image-hotspot` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress. If you try to us an SVG as the icon, it shows up blank with no way to replace the image after words. This tool seems responsive (I was testing it), so that was cool.
